Use the service lawfully and responsibly

Global Signal is an independent service operated by an individual. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WHAT THE SERVICE DOES

Research aids, not business guarantees

Global Signal is a beta market-research and advertising-planning tool. It combines signals from public content, marketplace information, and other sources to help users investigate possible product directions. Outputs are research aids, not guarantees of demand, sales, profit, legal compliance, or advertising performance.

You are responsible for independently verifying important decisions and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. Research signals may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

BETA ACCESS

Features may change as the beta evolves

The service is under active development. Features, availability, data sources, access tiers, and outputs may change or be discontinued. If sign-in is offered, keep your sign-in account secure and do not share access in a way that bypasses membership restrictions.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

GOOGLE ADS API

Keyword-planning access is proposed, not live

The planned Google Ads API integration is limited to keyword-planning research as an additional signal. The current service does not let visitors connect their own Google Ads accounts or create, modify, or manage Google Ads campaigns or third-party advertising accounts through Global Signal.

The proposed use, data scope, and boundaries are described on the Google Ads API Use page. We will update these terms if those capabilities change.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Respect access, data, and third-party rights

Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access, extract credentials or private data, evade rate or access limits, interfere with the service, or make misleading claims about products or market demand using its outputs.

Public-source and third-party data remain subject to their applicable rights and restrictions. Global Signal does not grant a license to republish third-party material beyond what the law or its source permits.

EMAIL AND CHECKOUT

Confirmation emails and a sandbox demonstration

Email updates require confirmation, and you may unsubscribe using the link in eligible messages. The current Paddle checkout is a sandbox demonstration: it is not a live purchase and does not create a live charge through Global Signal.

Any future paid offer will present its price, billing terms, and applicable cancellation details before a live transaction is made.
